Arrival Day - Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to The Pendry.  It is located in at the address:

Check in at the hotel is at 4:00 PM. We have requested early check-in but it is not guaranteed.  

7:00-9:00pm - Flexcare Welcome Reception - Join us for dinner and drinks in the Nason Room as we kick off our week of celebration! Resort casual attire recommended. 

For those looking for a nightcap, Fifth & Rose and Nason's Beer Hall will be open until midnight tonight. 

 

Friday, October 20th

8:30 AM - Please head down for breakfast prior to the start of our meeting! Breakfast will be hosted in the Parlor Room 2 & 3, located on level P1 for breakfast prior to the start of our meeting!  

Breakfast will be available at 8:30 AM until the start of today's meetings at 9:30 AM.

9:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Flexcare Team Building. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as this will be an active team building!

Afternoon free - Pendry San Diego is located at the epicenter of the historic and energetic Gaslamp Quarter, a few blocks from the home of the San Diego Padres, Petco Park, and the San Diego Convention Center. 7:00pm - 10:00pm - Please join us for a Flexcare Group Dinner. Cocktails and dinner will be served.  Please meet in the lobby at 6:40 PM for a 6:45 PM departure. 

 

Saturday, October 21st

Reminder:  Flexcare has also provided you $200 resort credit on your hotel room account to help defray the cost of breakfast and/or brunch during your trip.

  • We have budgeted an additional $200 per employee for per diem to get out and explore San Diego over the duration of your trip.  This means you can expense up to $200 of Food & Beverage costs during the trip.

 

Sunday, October 22nd

Departure day from San Diego.

Check out from Pendry is at 12:00 PM.

Please use Uber or Lyft to return back to the airport.  You may expense this cost after the trip.
