Arrival Day - Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to The Phoenician.  It is located in at the address: 6000 East Camelback Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, 85251

Check in at the hotel is at 4:00 PM. We have requested early check-in but it is not guaranteed.  

7:00-9:00pm - Flexcare Welcome Reception - Join us for dinner and drinks on the Orchid Lawn as we kick off our week of celebration! Resort casual attire recommended.  Temperatures can drop at night, please bring a light shawl or sweater as our dinner is outdoors. Sunset is at 6pm we recommend taking in the views from the Thirsty Camel Terrace then heading down to the Orchid Lawn. 

 

Friday, October 14th

9:00 AM - Flexcare Morning Meeting (Employees Only). Today's meeting will be held in the Eagle room located on the 3rd floor of the Main Building. As part of our meeting we will have a special guest speaker. Please head down to the meeting room at 9 AM as breakfast will be served prior to the start of our meeting!

Afternoon free - The Phoenician in Scottsdale provides guests of all ages with a treasure trove of signature resort activities to enjoy year-round. We offer an extensive selection of signature adult and kids activities to make your stay even more exciting.

Pools: Providing views of both the resort and Camelback Mountain, the expansive pool setting features cabanas for rent, a Kids Zone and poolside dining at Kalio Kabobery for an afternoon of relaxation and fun.

Athletic Club/Fitness Center:

Our athletic club features a game room on the first floor, with video, arcade and board games, pool, foosball and shuffleboard. The fitness center*, located on the second floor, includes 4,600+ square feet of state-of-the-art equipment to fulfill all your workout needs. Bicycles, tennis, pickleball and a half-court for basketball are also available.

6:45pm - 7:45pm - Please join us for a pre-dinner get together at the Salon and Patio on the ground floor. Located next to Mowry & Cotton, the easiest way to find us is to take the escalators down one level and head to the right.  Cocktails and light snacks will be served.  

Please meet in the lobby at 8 PM for a 8:15 PM departure. 

8:30pm  - Flexcare Group Dinner at Steak 44 - Please join us this evening for a group dinner off site.  Steak 44 is a high-end steakhouse featuring gourmet filets, seafood & classic entrees in an elegant, modern venue. Located just minutes from the hotel.  We encourage all of our guests to get dressed up for a great experience.

 

Saturday, October 15th

Reminder:  Flexcare has also provided you $200 resort credit on your hotel room account to help defray the cost of breakfast and/or brunch during your trip.

  • Dinner on own!

  • We have budgeted an additional $200 per employee for per diem to get out and explore Scottsdale over the duration of your trip.  This means you can expense up to $200 of Food & Beverage costs during the trip.

Departure Travel Day

Please use Uber or Lyft to return back to the airport.  You may expense this cost after the trip.
