    [fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
    Yes all attendees are allowed to bring a significant other to join in celebrating their success in 2022.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?
    All RSVP's must be received by July 22, 2022!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in this October event.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

    Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests to ensure discounted group rate (and ability to stay in same room for entire stay) for your personal pre or post extension.  If your extension is personal it will be booked through the group rate but you will be asked at check-in to provide credit card for the additional night/nights.   

    [fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

    We want to make sure we are being flexible around your personal schedules while also taking into account our fiscal responsibilities to FlexCare so for this event our flight booking policy is "Use Good Judgement."  This means please book your own flights that works for you and your plus one and expense the cost of both you and your guest flight.

    Please book your flights into the PHX (Phoenix airport).  We ask you to book a coach ticket for this event. The hotel is located 8.8 miles from the airport.

    We ask that you have your flights booked for the event by August 1st!

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Are airport transfers provided in Scottsdale?

    Flexcare will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Scottsdale, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.   Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event. 

    If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will Flexcare provide per diem or should we expense meals?

    Flexcare will be providing you and your guest dinners Thursday & Friday night plus lunch for all employees on Friday.   Flexcare has also provided you $200 resort credit on your hotel room account to help defray the cost of breakfast and/or brunch.  

    Also we have budgeted an additional $200 per employee for per diem to get out and explore Scottsdale during the duration of your trip. This means you can expense up to $200 of Food & Beverage costs over the course of the trip. Please submit these expenses along with your airport transfer expenses. 

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Do I have to book my own hotel?

    No, for the Leadership Summit's sponsored dates (Thursday to Sunday) we have booked your room.   

    If you are looking to extend outside of Thursday to Sunday, please reach out to info@executivegrouptravel.com 

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Is Wifi free on property?
    Standard in-room Wi-Fi and meeting room Wi-Fi is included at the hotel.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will Flexcare cover my flight if I fly to/from somewhere other than home?
    You can choose to fly to/from alternate destinations on the weekend before or after but any additional flight costs will be your responsibility.  Flexcare is covering to/from your home location and that flight cost is your covered budget.  If you choose alternate destinations, anything over that covered budget we ask you to cover.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] If the agenda changes, how will I stay updated?

    All updates will be communicated from the Leadership Summit distribution list through emails and updates will be made to this website.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

    All meetings are business casual.

    For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing along gym clothes.  There is also a nice pool on site so don't forget to pack your swimming gear.

    The evening events will be casual and outdoors.  October weather should still be warm in Scottsdale as the temperature typically ranges from 64°F to 89°F

     

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will masks be required? What Covid precautions will the hotel have in place? What policies will our meeting follow?
    Stay tuned as we working through the constant changing environment to ensure we will be hosting this Summit in the safest possible setting.  We will be following the recommendations of the CDC and currently in Phoenix, Arizona masks are not required indoors for those who are fully vaccinated.
