We want to make sure we are being flexible around your personal schedules while also taking into account our fiscal responsibilities to FlexCare so for this event our flight booking policy is "Use Good Judgement." This means please book your own flights that works for you and your family and expense the cost of both you and your guest's flights.

Please book your flights into the AUS (Austin airport). We ask you to book a coach ticket for this event.
