Thursday, September 23rd
- Arrival Day - Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to the Hotel Van Zandt. It is located in the Rainey Street neighborhood at the address: 605 Davis St, Austin, TX 78701
- 5:00-6:00pm - Once checked in to your room and settled please feel free to take part in the Kimpton hosted nightly social hour from 5-6pm in the lobby living room. Complimentary wine and beer is provided.
- 6:00-8:00pm - Flexcare will be hosting a welcome reception outside at the Kimpton 4th floor pool deck from 6:00-8:00pm. Light dinner and drinks will be served. Afterwards we will be exploring some of Austin's best live music scenes.
Friday, September 24th
- Flexcare has also provided you $200 resort credit on your hotel room account to help defray the cost of breakfast and/or brunch during your trip. This can be used only at the hotel at Cafe 605, The Deck, or Geraldine's.
- 10:30am - 1:30pm - Leadership Summit Bucket List Challenge (Employees only please) - Please meet in the lobby floor of the Kimpton (near the couches) between 10:15am and 10:30am to sign waivers and break up into teams for our 10:45am departure. Please wear comfortable walking shoes/clothes and bring a mask. A Covid waiver will be required to be signed before you participate on the tour!
Afternoon free - We do recommend all attendees pack a bathing suit! - 5:00pm-6:00pm - Kimpton Social Hour - complimentary beer and wine in the hotel lobby living room.
- 6:15pm - 8:30pm - Please join us at 6:15pm this evening for a group dinner off site at Bob's Steak & Chop House. The dinner event will take place outdoors on the roof of the restaurant. It's about a 12 minute walk to the restaurant from the hotel (.5 miles). For those who want to walk together a group will be leaving the lobby of the hotel at 6pm! The address is 301 Lavaca St, Austin, TX 78701.
Saturday, September 25th

This can be used only at the hotel at Cafe 605, The Deck, or Geraldine's.- Today is all yours to explore everything Austin has to offer from world-class live music to Micheline star chefs. Today there is a UT home college football game so be prepared for a busy city so dinner reservations are recommended.
- We have budgeted an additional $200 per employee for per diem to get out and explore Austin over the duration of your trip. This means you can expense up to $200 of Food & Beverage costs during the trip.
Sunday, September 26th
Departure Travel Day
Please use Uber or Lyft to return back to the airport. You may expense this cost after the trip.
